Our thoughtfully designed vacation home is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort and scenic beauty. Featuring three private master suites, each with their own en-suite, our space is ideal for intimate weddings, families, couples or friends seeking both shared and personal space.

• Spacious Great Room & Kitchen: Relax on the cozy sectional in front of the 65" Smart TV or gather around the 8-person dining table; the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric range, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher and reverse osmosis drinking water system.
• Double Slider Doors: Two sets of  floor to ceiling north-east and north-west facing sliders create a seamless indoor-outdoor living and maximize panoramic views.

Prefumo Crest Inn was built with a 6,000 sq. ft. barn permit, and thoughtfully transformed into an agrarian-style residence. While the exterior maintains a rustic ranch-like look, the interior is a high-end modern retreat. The structure is divided into two levels, with a large, highly insulated space in-between. The ground level is guests rental space, and the upper level is where we stay when we're in town. We love hosting, and are happy to help as needed, but prioritize renters privacy at all times. Please feel free to inquire about whether we'll be around during your stay.

Sustainability and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do...from our business to our daily practices. The entire property is solar/battery powered, and was built to exceed the green building requirements of the County of San Luis Obispo. The structures exterior shell was constructed using Structural Insulated Panels for maximum energy efficiency, providing environmental advantages such as high insulation properties and excellent indoor air quality. Superior insulation significantly reduces our heating and cooling needs.
